Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 8-10 minutes. Drain off excess grease.
Add the salsa to the skillet with the beef and simmer for 20 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed. Stir in the drained chili beans and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Spread the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
Spoon the beef mixture over the chips, spreading it evenly. Top with a layer of sour cream, followed by olives, green onion, and fresh tomato.
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese generously over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until hot, bubbly, and the cheese is fully melted.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with a side of guacamole or a crisp green salad!
