Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate powder

Method
 

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
  3. Add the fire-roasted tomatoes, ancho chili powder, chili powder, chipotle chili powder, cumin, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, beer, cilantro, and chocolate powder to the slow cooker.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
  6. When ready, give the chili a final stir and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
