- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to your slow cooker.
- Add the fire-roasted tomatoes, ancho chili powder, chili powder, chipotle chili powder, cumin, roasted garlic powder, onion powder, beer, cilantro, and chocolate powder to the slow cooker.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
- When ready, give the chili a final stir and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
