- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a boil. Cook egg noodles until tender yet firm to the bite, about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic until the beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, pizza sauce, ground beef mixture, turkey pepperoni, and milk. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Transfer everything into a 2-quart casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
