- Place 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle one packet of au jus gravy mix and one packet of ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
- Top the chicken with 1/2 cup of salted butter and arrange the peperoncini peppers on top.
- Cover and set your slow cooker to low. Cook for 6-8 hours. No water or broth needed—the chicken will create its own juices during cooking.
- After cooking, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks. Give it a good mix to combine all the flavors.
- Serve and enjoy! It’s perfect with mashed potatoes, rice, or even as a filling for sandwiches.
