- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, then season both sides with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place the steaks into the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steaks halfway through at the 6-minute mark.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 10 minutes to lock in the juices.
- Meanwhile, melt the softened butter in a small bowl and stir in garlic, rosemary, thyme, and parsley.
- Serve the steaks generously topped with the garlic-herb butter. Enjoy!

Pro tip: If you’re short on time, pre-minced garlic and grocery store herb mixes work just fine!
