- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F while you prep.
- Chop the chicken and veggies into bite-size pieces and toss them into a large mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the bowl. Toss everything thoroughly to coat each piece evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned chicken and veggies into the preheated air fryer basket. Arrange in an even layer (work in batches if needed).
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Keep an eye out for lightly charred veggies and fully cooked chicken (internal temp of 165°F).
