Ingredients
  

  • 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 9 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Prep the ingredients: Drain and chop the artichoke hearts and squeeze excess water from the spinach.
  2. Combine: Add all ingredients (artichokes, spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, milk, salt, and pepper) into the slow cooker.
  3. Cook: Cover and set your slow cooker to high. Let the dip cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally to blend everything evenly.
  4. Serve: Once everything is melted and bubbling, transfer the dip to a serving dish. Pair it with crackers, bread, or fresh veggies.
