Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
  • 2 bags semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 ounces each)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker
  • Dish towel
  • 9x9 baking pan
  • Non-stick spray & parchment paper

Method

  1. Spray your crock pot insert with a non-stick cooking spray. Add the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
  2. Cover the top of the crock pot with a dish towel, then place the lid on top. This keeps excess moisture out for a perfect fudge texture.
  3. Cook on low for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour the melted fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.
  6. Let the fudge sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  7. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, place it on a cutting board, and slice into squares. Enjoy!

Notes

Don’t skip spraying the slow cooker insert and parchment paper—it saves you from a sticky cleanup. Stirring every 15 minutes prevents scorching and ensures the chocolate melts evenly.
