Method
- Prepare your crockpot by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add all ingredients except for the shredded cheddar cheese into the crockpot. Stir everything together until well mixed.
- Cover your crockpot, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7-8 hours. During this time, the potatoes will become tender, and all the flavors will meld beautifully.
- When the cooking time is up, uncover your crockpot and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Recover and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melty and delicious.
