Ingredients
Method
- Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick spray to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Pop open the cinnamon roll cans and set the icing packets aside for later. Use kitchen scissors to cut each roll into quarters.
- Layer half the cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the crockpot.
- Add the second layer of cinnamon roll pieces, followed by the remaining egg mixture.
- Drizzle one packet of icing over the top. Cover the crockpot with the lid and cook on low for 2 to 2 ½ hours.
- When ready, remove the lid and drizzle the second icing packet over the warm casserole.
- Scoop out servings immediately while it’s warm and gooey. Enjoy!
Notes
Pro Tip: If your slow cooker runs hot or produces condensation, place a clean paper towel under the lid to absorb extra steam and avoid soggy rolls.
