- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot. I like to filet them so they cook faster and more evenly, but that’s optional.
- Season the chicken with garlic salt for extra flavor.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth. Spread this mixture over the seasoned chicken.
- Sprinkle the Stovetop stuffing mix evenly over the chicken and soup.
- Add the frozen green beans right on top—no thawing needed!
- Cover your crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. The chicken should shred easily when done.
