- Place the chicken wings directly into your slow cooker. No need to grease it first—this dish comes together seamlessly.
- In a small bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the wings, making sure each one is coated. Cover with the lid.
- Cook on low: 5-6 hours OR high: 2.5-3 hours. Walk away while they cook!
- Once cooked, preheat your oven’s broiler and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Transfer the wings to the prepared baking sheet. Broil for 5-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until they turn golden and slightly crisp.
- Serve immediately, or return the wings to the crockpot on the “keep warm” setting for guests to grab as they please.
