Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 lbs roast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce (divided)

Method
 

  1. Place the roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic over the top, then drizzle Worcestershire sauce evenly.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and half of the barbecue sauce.
  4. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or high heat for 4-5 hours.
  5. Once the beef is tender, shred it directly in the slow cooker using two forks or a hand mixer.
  6. Stir in the remaining cup of barbecue sauce until fully combined.
  7. Serve the BBQ beef on buns, Hawaiian rolls, or over rice. Enjoy!

Notes

Tip: To prevent sticking, you can spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray or use a disposable liner for easy cleanup.
