Method
- Place the roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and minced garlic over the top, then drizzle Worcestershire sauce evenly.
- Pour in the beef broth and half of the barbecue sauce.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on low heat for 8-10 hours or high heat for 4-5 hours.
- Once the beef is tender, shred it directly in the slow cooker using two forks or a hand mixer.
- Stir in the remaining cup of barbecue sauce until fully combined.
- Serve the BBQ beef on buns, Hawaiian rolls, or over rice. Enjoy!
Notes
Tip: To prevent sticking, you can spray the inside of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray or use a disposable liner for easy cleanup.
