  • 2 21 ounce cans apple pie filling can use sugar-free
  • 2 7 ounce packets Martha White Apple Cinnamon muffin mix or your favorite brand
  • ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter melted or cut into slices

Method
 

  1. Lightly spray your 4 to 6-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour the apple pie filling into the bottom of the slow cooker, spreading it evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the muffin mix evenly over the apple pie filling, ensuring complete coverage.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Alternatively, lay slices of butter evenly across the surface.
  5. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set to Low. Cook for 3 to 5 hours, or until the muffin mix is fully cooked and golden, and the apple pie filling is bubbly.
