Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (.5 oz) chicken gravy packet
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced

Method
 

  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add the chicken broth, gravy mix, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce, bell pepper, and onion on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker. Stir until the chicken is fully coated in the gravy.
  5. Serve over your favorite base, like mashed potatoes, rice, or even buttered noodles. Enjoy!
