  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (trimmed of excess fat and skin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat: Set your air fryer to 380°F and preheat for 5 minutes.
  2. Season: Add the chicken thighs, salt, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and onion powder to a zip-top bag or a bowl with a lid. Shake until the chicken is evenly coated.
