Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or thawed frozen; make sure to drain well if using frozen

Equipment

  • 9-inch round or square baking pan
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • small bowl

Method

  1. Preheat your oven. Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray your baking pan with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the cinnamon rolls. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and set the icing packet aside. Cut each cinnamon roll into 6 smaller pieces and place them evenly in the prepared pan.
  3. Add the blueberries. Sprinkle the blueberries over the cinnamon roll pieces, ensuring they’re evenly distributed for that perfect burst of flavor in every bite.
  4. Make the topping. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar. Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls and blueberries, ensuring the topping coats everything well.
  5. Bake. Place the casserole in the oven and bake for 25–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the rolls are cooked through. Your kitchen will smell amazing!
  6. Drizzle with icing and serve. Once baked, drizzle the reserved icing packet over the top of the hot casserole. Let it cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh or frozen blueberries. If using frozen, be sure to thaw them completely and drain well before adding to the casserole. Customize the fruit by using strawberries, raspberries, or chopped apples instead. For extra indulgence, double the icing or make a quick homemade cream cheese frosting.
