Method
- Mix the ingredients: Combine salmon, eggs, mayo, salt, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, and dill in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
- Shape the patties: Use a ½ cup measuring cup to portion the mixture, pressing it firmly into the cup. Tap it into your hand and form into a patty about 1 inch thick.
- Prep the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly spray the basket with oil.
- Cook: Place patties in the basket (don’t overcrowd!). Spray the tops with a little oil and cook for 8 minutes. If using an oven-style air fryer, rotate the trays halfway through.
- Serve: Enjoy hot with a squeeze of lemon, tartar sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce!

Tip: If you’re new to air frying, give your basket a light spray of oil to prevent any sticking!
