Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- Drain the pickles thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Set up three bowls. In the first, add flour. In the second, whisk eggs, water, and hot sauce. In the third, combine Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and dried dill.
- Dredge the pickles: coat with flour, dip into egg wash, and press into the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each pickle is well-coated.
- Lightly spray the pickles with cooking spray. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket—do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip the pickles and cook for another 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let the pickles cool for 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Use thick pickle slices: Slice your own pickles if you prefer heartier results.
