- Rinse the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Pat the spears dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- Place the asparagus in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle on garlic parsley salt, and toss to coat. Add the grated Parmesan and toss again.
- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 7 minutes.
- The asparagus should be tender but still have a bit of bite. If you'd like it crispier, add 1-2 more minutes of cooking time.
- Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired. Serve immediately.
